Welcome to The Levering. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online marketplace at the-levering.com and related services operated by RAZATEC BV.

By accessing or placing an order through The Levering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About The Levering

The Levering is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers across Belgium. RAZATEC BV operates the platform; individual sellers are responsible for the products they list, order fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use The Levering. You are responsible for providing accurate account, delivery, and payment information.

3. Products and Sellers

• All products offered on The Levering are new unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery times are provided by sellers and may change without notice.
• Your purchase contract for a product is formed with the relevant seller when your order is accepted.

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Sellers or The Levering may decline or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by seller, product, and destination within Belgium.

6. Returns and Refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, RAZATEC BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of The Levering after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
